Angela Malcolmson (LLB Hons)
Practice Manager
Angela joined chambers in 2000 as our Practice Manager. She has over twenty years experience of working in the legal profession. Starting off her career in the Probate Registry, Liverpool, Angela progressed on to the crown court at Chester acting as court clerk, listing officer and office manager for over 5 years. She has experience of working in 2 substantial sets of chambers in both Liverpool and Chester before joining us. Angela also gained an LLB (Hons) in 1999 having attended John Moores University, Liverpool on a part-time (evening) basis. She works closely with members of chambers in the development of their practices and has overall responsibility for the administration and clerking of chambers. In her spare time Angela enjoys sailing. She owns a GP14 and is a member of West Kirby Sailing Club.

Gavin James Reeves
Senior Clerk
Gavin has been with chambers for 15 years having joined in 1992 as junior clerk. He has been senior clerk to chambers for over 10 years and is responsible for clerking chambers in all areas with the help and support of the junior clerks, Kate Roberts, James D’Arcy and Ruth Evans. Gavin has comprehensive knowledge of each member of chambers practice enabling him to advise clients as to the suitability and availability of counsel. Gavin is also a fluent Welsh speaker. When not hard at work in chambers, Gavin can be found pounding the streets and in the gym preparing for the next London marathon. This year (2008) was his 12th marathon and he has, to date, raised over £10,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.
