The ever-burgeoning areas of housing law can be accommodated by members of chambers who regularly conduct cases on behalf of tenants and landlords, both public and private.
Our dedicated and professional team cover all areas of housing law including possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, rent arrears, notices to quit, demotion proceedings, discrimination and injunctions.
Chambers can provide a service from the initial stages of proceedings, for example assisting with the drafting of documentation or providing advice as to the suitability of proceedings.
In addition, conferences in the early stages can ensure that matters are properly and effectively pursued. Conferences can be accommodated in chambers or externally.
Training
Members of our Housing Team provide in-house training for both private and public authorities and we organise CPD accredited seminars both in our training room in Chambers and around the North West of England and North Wales for the convenience of our delegates.
