Housing Practice
Huw Roberts has long experience of residential Landlord and Tenant cases, representing both public and private landlords as well as tenants. The emphasis of his Landlord and Tenant work is now increasingly on possession and demotion actions against secure and assured tenants and applications for Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions by Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
