Jane joined chambers in June 2010 from Kenworthy Chambers, Manchester.
She was brought up in Merseyside and practised in London before returning to the North West in 1997. Jane is a senior and experienced practitioner in both the family and civil jurisdictions. Her family practice encompasses all aspects of family law including both public and private law children matters and having spent two years as a VAT Consultant for Price Waterhouse in London, Jane has a particular interest in all aspects of Matrimonial Finance, including TOLATA work.
Jane is an experienced civil law practitioner who recognises the importance of gving prompt and clear advice to her clients. Her areas of expertise include: Housing matters, Landlord & Tenant, Contract and Negligence claims, Consumer Credit and Inheritance Act matters. She appears in the the Divisional Court, the High Courts, Mercantile Court and County Court thoughout England and Wales.
