Matthew Kerruish-Jones

Matthew regularly appears in the Crown Court where he conducts trials for both prosecution and defence. He is currently a Category 3 Prosecutor, but also has a regular defence practice.

He has particular experience in cases involving serious violence, public order matters and drug related offences.

Matthew has also acted as a led junior in cases involving money laundering, Companies Act offences, fraudulent trading and conspiracy to defraud. In addition, Matthew regularly appears on behalf of the prosecution in confiscation hearings at the Crown Court and forfeiture hearings in the Magistrates' Court.

Matthew also undertakes Personal Injury work and has acted for claimants and defendants who have sustained injuries as a result of road traffic accidents.
