Simon Mills

Simon is an experienced criminal specialist who defends and prosecutes cases at all levels of seriousness.

He is frequently instructed in cases involving allegations of sexual offending, and cases where a client needs careful guiding through the trial process. He is also frequenty instructed to give advice pre-charge, or in relation to complex applications under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

Simon has also been instructed to appear in relation to matters referred to the Court of Appeal by the Criminal Cases Review Commission.
